HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON THE WEBSITE ?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?

Apnatva Bharat can accept any return only if the product is damaged, wrongly delivered, or is defective. In such cases, the product should be in an unused and undamaged condition. The product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice as well. Other than that, we follow a no-return policy for all our products once they are delivered.

WHAT ARE THE VARIOUS PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE ?

We use 100% secure payment gateway service through Cashfree where you have multiple safe payment options like Paytm, Debit or Credit cards, Paypal, Netbanking or Wallet money. We also offer Cash On Delivery with additonal charge of Rs. 50/- on every order.

HOW WILL THE REFUND BE GIVEN ?

The amount to be refunded will be transfered to the same payment mode through which the payment had been made by the customer. It takes 5-7 business days to the refund to reflect in the customer's account as per the bank policy.
